1. Error: Hardware malfunction
If you receive this error message, a possible hardware malfunction has been detected on this device.
Please switch off the device completely, wait a moment and then restart it again.
If the problem still occurs, please contact the Mr Beam Support.
2. Error: Laser head unit not found
If you receive this error message, your laser head may not be connected properly.
We recommend that you disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable.
Please have a look at our step-by-step tutorial on how to reconnect the laser head.
IMPORTANT! Always switch off the device before moving or diconnecting the cable!
If the problem still occurs, please contact the Mr Beam Support.
3. Error: Bottom plate error
If you receive this error message, your bottom plate may not be mounted properly.
Please make sure that the bottom is correctly mounted as described in the Mr Beam user manual (click here to download the manual).
The error also occurs if the plate is screwed on the wrong way round.
Afterwards please switch off the device completely, wait a moment and then restart it again.
If the problem still occurs, please contact the Mr Beam Support.
4. Error: Camera Error
The camera has had a small issue, please restart your Mr Beam if you need to use the camera to continue with your work.
