Please remember that the email address used to login to Mr Beam II is case sensitive: You have to use the same upper and lower case combination as when you set up your login details.
If you do not remember your login details please contact our support team by creating a new ticket. Please include the serial number of your Mr Beam II in your request. In most cases we're going to send you a reset file and instructions to reset your Mr Beam II with a USB stick.
You can find the serial number on the silver sticker on the back of the device, marked as "S/N" or alternatively in the software under the tab "About this Mr Beam".
