Are you getting the warning message to close the lid of your Mr Beam completely to proceed, when it is actually already closed? 


Most probably it's caused by a shift or a malfunction of the sensor, which is responsible for reading the status of the lid. This damage can happen in the process of shipping - e.g. if it's a new device or if it's been in repair - especially when the package has been handled carelessly, and was pushed around or experienced strong vibrations.
